In July 2009, Georgiou Capital successfully negotiated the acquisition of the Canon head office complex in Osborne Park and commenced design development to refurbish and convert the premises into the long-awaited Georgiou WA Office. In April 2012, Georgiou acquired the warehouse to the rear of the property, converting the property into a quality office space and Case Study and Collaboration Centre .

Works included a complete removal, upgrade and replacement of all electrical infrastructure, to suit the new conversion.

All works were carried out in a live working environment with minimal disruption to existing adjoining operations.
